CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
BACKGROUND:
We have developed a technology-enabled aggregation platform that allows content creators (photographers and videographers) and clients to meet and interact in a safe and effective manner. You are more than welcome to read more about us here.
Once critical mass is achieved, we can scale our operations globally and ensure that everyone will be able to meet their next content creator, safely and effectively.
We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a customer relationship manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, is exceptional at time management, and can think on their feet. As we are a startup, we encourage a pragmatic approach to developing this role and as such hope to see our chosen candidate grow within our organisation over a period of time. The monthly salary for this position is R18,000, but will be adjusted based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers.
Project coordination and administration.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Developing and overseeing the customer journey.
Public and community relations.
Understanding individual customer needs and addressing these.
Expanding our customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English.
Minimum bachelor’s degree OR three years of prior work experience (preference will be given to experienced candidates)
Proficient in Monday.com (or similar CRM system software).
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Full time in Cape Town (40 hour work week within usual office hours).
